Appointments

We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs to the best of our abilities. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. If you repeatedly miss appointments, we reserve the right to not schedule you.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

Insurance companies require us to collect copays at the time of service. The remainder will be billed to your insurance company. We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are also happy to accept Care Credit (a health, wellness, and beauty credit card). If needed, sign up in advance to expedite the check out process. Balances after insurance payment including deductibles will be your responsibility. If you do not have insurance, full payment will be required at the time of visit. For billing and insurance related questions please call our insurance specialist on her direct line at 765-646-8716.

Prescription Refills

Please call during normal business hours. Allow 24 hours for the prescription to be called in. You will not receive a return phone call unless there is a problem with the script. Eligibility for refills requires a yearly visit in order to maintain an active patient status.

Biopsy and Laboratory Results

  • Patients with pending biopsy results will be notified by phone within 3-6 business days.
  • Patients with laboratory results will be notified either by phone or at the next office visit.
  • There is a laboratory conveniently located in our building.
